A Chat session lets you communicate with Hercules teams on a particular topic: no need to install any software, as it all takes place on this page on our website. When a Chat session is scheduled, you can send in your question before the session if you won't be able to take part. A form will be available for you to use.
During the session, you can send in your question using the form. Our teams will select the questions to be answered and will respond in real time. Don't forget to update the page using the corresponding button. Following the session, the questions and answers will be available on this page for a few days; after that, they will be archived in the "Chat session archive" section.
Attention: questions must be submitted in English. Answers will also be provided in English.
